Fish-Lover’s Covered Clay Fish Baker
I really enjoy eating fish, but I often shy away from preparing fish at home because it can sometimes be such a hassle. It wasn’t so much about cleaning the fish but cooking it. I never liked the flavor when I baked it in my stainless steel baking pan and I didn’t want to fry it. Then I found the perfect cookware for it – a lovely and practical covered clay fish baker. It makes it so easy to prepare healthful fish, I was surprised I had not heard of this product before. All you have to do is put the fish of your choice in the baker and add seasonings or vegetables, cover it, and place it in the oven; it does the rest for you.

He is on the South Beach Diet, so it is perfect for him. He just puts in a couple of whitefish fillets, some lemon pepper seasoning, and a few veggies in it, and in no time at all, he has a perfectly cooked and healthy dinner.
